This vinaigrette is especially amazing when drizzled over hot, steamed vegetables. The heat allows the dressing’s wonderful flavor to better infuse with the main ingredients.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4-6 grinds of fresh pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a glass jar. Tightly seal the jar and then shake the mixture until thoroughly combined. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for 1 week.
