Lemon, Garlic and Mustard Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is especially amazing when drizzled over hot, steamed vegetables. The heat allows the dressing’s wonderful flavor to better infuse with the main ingredients.  


  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4-6 grinds of fresh pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a glass jar. Tightly seal the jar and then shake the mixture until thoroughly combined. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for 1 week.
