Frozen lemon treat, great for a hot summer day.
- 1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 cups lemonade
- 2 egg whites
- Combine the gelatin and boiling water to dissolve. Mix in the lemonade and chill to thicken.
- Beat in the egg whites until fluffy and doubled in size. Pour into cups and refrigerate to firm. Serve with spoons.
