Frozen lemon treat, great for a hot summer day.


  • 1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 2 egg whites


  1. Combine the gelatin and boiling water to dissolve. Mix in the lemonade and chill to thicken.
  2. Beat in the egg whites until fluffy and doubled in size. Pour into cups and refrigerate to firm. Serve with spoons.
