Refreshing  grilled or broiled fish fillet dinner.


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 pound cod or flounder fillet


  1. Preheat the grill or broiler.
  2. Mix together the first four ingredients until well blended.
  3. Arrange the fish on the grill or a broiler rack. Brush half of the mixture over. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Flip and brush with the remaining mixture. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the fish easily flakes.
