Lemon Coffee Cake

This zesty coffee cake serves well alongside any breakfast dish, especially with a hot cup of coffee.

Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Beat eggs, lemon juice, 1/4 cup butter and lemon zest.
Blend flour combination into lemon mixture.
Pour batter into greased 8x8 baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine remaining butter and lemon juice; brush over top of cake then lightly sprinkle with sugar.
