Lemon Chicken Bake

Lemon Chicken Bake has a flavorful marinade that is tangy and delicious. 

Ingredients

  • 1, 3 pound chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and marinate for 4 hours.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish and pour marinade over chicken.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 90 minutes. Baste occasionally.
