Use fresh lemon juice in Lemon Cake Icing for a burst of citrusy flavorl

Ingredients

2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Directions

Mix ingredients until smooth. Poke holes in hot cake with a wooden skewer. Spread icing on hot cake letting it absorb before removing from pan.
