Use either green beans, aspargus or broccoli in Lemon Butter Vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups green beans, asparagus or broccoli
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Steam vegetables until crisp tender. Drain.
- Mix butter, lemon juice, and parsley in a small saucepan. Heat for 5 minutes. Pour over vegetables.
