Use either green beans, aspargus or broccoli in Lemon Butter Vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups green beans, asparagus or broccoli
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Steam vegetables until crisp tender. Drain.
  2. Mix butter, lemon juice, and parsley in a small saucepan. Heat for 5 minutes. Pour over vegetables.
