Lemon butter is lovely topped onto freshly grilled fish, lobster and steamed vegetables.
- 2 sticks of salted butter, slightly softened
- 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
- Place the butter and the zest into a large bowl and blend with a mixer until combined.
- Transfer the butter to an air-tight container and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
