Lemon butter is lovely topped onto freshly grilled fish, lobster and steamed vegetables.


  • 2 sticks of salted butter, slightly softened
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon zest


  1. Place the butter and the zest into a large bowl and blend with a mixer until combined.
  2. Transfer the butter to an air-tight container and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
