Low fat baked fish fillet dinner.


  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 3/4 cup fat-free lemon butter dill sauce for seafood
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese


  1. Brush the lemon dill sauce onto both sides of the fish. Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the red pepper and remaining sauce over. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
