Low fat baked fish fillet dinner.
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 3/4 cup fat-free lemon butter dill sauce for seafood
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red pepper
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- Brush the lemon dill sauce onto both sides of the fish. Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the red pepper and remaining sauce over. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
