Lemon Butter Chicken

Buttery, lemon and garlic chicken dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Rub the lemon over the chicken.
  2. Combine the margarine, the juice from 1 lemon and garlic salt. Pour over the chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
