Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, finely grated
- 2/3 cup lemon-flavored yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- Mix together lemon juice, lemon rind, yogurt, milk, 4 tablespoons butter and eggs.
- Blend flour combination into lemon mixture.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix together remaining cinnamon, flour, sugar and butter until mixture becomes crumbly; sprinkle over top of cake batter.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
