  • 8 whole lemons, unpeeled
  • whole cloves
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups bottled grape juice, heated
  • 1 pint hot water
  • cinnamon


  1. Stud lemons with whole cloves, place in a shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Poke lemons with a fork.
  3. Brush the brown sugar onto the lemons and place them into a punch bowl.
  4. Pour grape juice and hot water into the bowl.
  5. Add a few shakes of cinnamon to the top of the punch. Serve hot.
