Fruit and citrus blended alcoholic daiquiri.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup canned apricot halves, drained and semifrozen
- 3 ounces gold rum
- 2 ounces lemon liqueur
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
