- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil and basil, and mix with a whisk until blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then brush over hot corn.
