Add some extra flavor to your corn on the cob with this tangy and fresh lemon and basil sauce.


  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, add the lemon juice, olive oil and basil, and mix with a whisk until blended.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then brush over hot corn.
