Lamb Chops slow cooked in orange juice.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 6 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
- Brown the chops in oil over medium heat. Drain.
- Combine the juice, honey, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Brush the mixture onto the lamb chops and place in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
