Mustard liqueur may sound extremely unusual but it is actually a unique and enjoyable spirit that combines hints of dill, cucumber and of course, mustard to form a slightly vegetal and delicious blend.
- 1-1/2 ounces mustard liqueur
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 bar-spoon gin
- 2 dashes celery bitters
- Put a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the prepared cocktail glass; serve immediately.
