Infusing your gin with dried lavender will create light undertones of evergreen and mint flavor as well as a delicate aroma. 


  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried lavender
  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle gin


  1. Place the dried lavender in the bottle of gin, cap the bottle and then shake the mixture well to combine.
  2. Let the mixture steep for at least 1 day to infuse and then stain and enjoy.
