A Latin inspired classic party drink, the Manhattan, with gold rum and pineapple for garnish.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce gold rum
1/4 ounce sweet red vermouth
1/4 ounce dry white vermouth
PIneapple spear for garnish

Directions

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, filling three-quarters full. Add everything, cover and shake. Strain into cocktail glasses filled with fresh ice.
