Although this gin cocktail is relatively light with an aromatic hint of anise, it still manages to pack quite a zip of flavor and buzz into each sip. Serve in an absinthe-rinsed prepared cocktail glass.
- 1-1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
- 3/4 ounce Lillet
- 1/4 ounce St Germain
- Pour a splash of absinthe into a cocktail glass and then tilt the glass until the entire inside is coated with the absinthe.
- Place the gin, Lillet and St. Germain into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir the mixture for 30 seconds to chill and then strain the mixture into the prepared glass; serve immediately.
