Lamb with Yogurt-Mint Sauce

Low-fat lamb chops wtih a mint jalapeno sauce.


  • 4 lamb loin chops, fat trimmed
  • 1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mint jelly
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno jelly


  1. Combine the yogurt, mint and jalapeno. Blend until smooth.
  2. Grease a broiler pan. Add the lamb chops and broil, 3 inches from the heat, for 12-14 minutes, turning once.
  3. Serve with the sauce over top.
