Low-fat lamb chops wtih a mint jalapeno sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 lamb loin chops, fat trimmed
- 1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup mint jelly
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno jelly
Directions
- Combine the yogurt, mint and jalapeno. Blend until smooth.
- Grease a broiler pan. Add the lamb chops and broil, 3 inches from the heat, for 12-14 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with the sauce over top.
