Lamb Chops Teriyaki has a great sweet and savory flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 lamb shoulder blade chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
- parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Meanwhile in small bowl, mix first 8 ingredients until sauce is smooth.
- Place lamb shoulder chops on rack in broiling pan; broil 15 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning chops once, and brushing often with sauce. Remove chops to platter. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
