Lamb Chops Teriyaki has a great sweet and savory flavor. 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 lamb shoulder blade chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
  • parsley sprigs for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Meanwhile in small bowl, mix first 8 ingredients until sauce is smooth.
  2. Place lamb shoulder chops on rack in broiling pan; broil 15 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning chops once, and brushing often with sauce. Remove chops to platter. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
