Lady Finger Fluff is flavored with either rum or brandy.


  • 1 package lady fingers
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons rum or brandy
  • shaved chocolate as garnish


  1. Arrange lady fingers in a 8 inch square baking pan lined with wax paper on bottom and sides. Beat egg yolks, add sugar slowly and beat until thick and lemon colored. Beat egg whites until they peak. Beat whipping cream. Fold yolks into whites. Fold in whipping cream.
  2. Add flavoring and pour mixture over lady fingers. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate. Freeze at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving.
