A simple mix of Elderflower Liqueur  and Champagne make this elegant and bubbly beverage.


  • 1/2 ounces St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • Champagne
  • Strawberry slice to garnish


  1. Put a champagne flute in the freezer to chill for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the liqueur and the champagne into the prepared glass and gently stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with a strawberry slice and serve immediately.
