Ingredients

1 ounce Averna Amaro
2 ounces light rum
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 barspoon simple syrup
1/4 ounce pimento dram
1-1/2 ounces Prosecco
lime wedge to garnish

Directions

Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice and then add the Averna Amaro, rum, lime juice, simple syrup and pimento dram. Stir briefly to combine and then top with the Prosecco and the lime wedge. Serve immediately.
