This cocktail, which translates to “Shaken Rose,” is a light, effervescent blend of cachaça, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice and grenadine.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cachaça
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce grenadine
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces Cold soda
- Lemon wheel to garnish
Directions
- Place the cachaça, pineapple juice, lemon juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds and then strain into a wine glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Top with the cold soda, garnish with a lemon wheel and serve immediately.
