Slow cooked pork chops and sauerkraut.
- 3 pounds pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (32 ounce) bag sauerkraut, rinsed
- 1 cup applesauce
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the garlic powder and pepper on top. Top with the sauerkraut and applesauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
