This Korean dipping sauce is like what ketchup is to an American. Enjoy it served with grilled meat, seafood or even in your favorite sandwich.


  • 2 tablespoons kochujang
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 scallion, finely minced


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine until thoroughly blended.
  2. Store the sauce in an airtight jar in the refrigerator until ready to use.
