Simple, light and bursting with fresh flavor, enjoy this refreshing cocktail made with kiwi.
- 1 Zespri Gold Kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
- 3 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces lychee syrup
- 4 ounces ginger ale
- Sliced kiwi to garnish
- Place the kiwifruit, vodka and lychee syrup in a cocktail shaker, and muddle with the back of a wooden spoon.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then shake for 15 seconds to combine.
- Add the ginger ale and then strain into two glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish the cocktail with some kiwi and serve immediately.
