Green beer is passe; try this refreshing kiwi and lime cocktail for your next St. Patrick’s Day party.


  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1/2 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 lime, cut into quarters
  • 1 teaspoon organic sugar


  1. Mash the kiwi, lime and the sugar in a mixing glass with a muddler until juicy.
  2. Drop in the ice and pour in the vodka; shake vigorously until combined.
  3. Empty the mixture into a glass and serve with a straw.
