Green beer is passe; try this refreshing kiwi and lime cocktail for your next St. Patrick’s Day party.
- 2 ounces Vodka
- 1/2 kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 lime, cut into quarters
- 1 teaspoon organic sugar
- Mash the kiwi, lime and the sugar in a mixing glass with a muddler until juicy.
- Drop in the ice and pour in the vodka; shake vigorously until combined.
- Empty the mixture into a glass and serve with a straw.
