The point of adding such a small amount of raspberry liqueur to this champagne cocktail is to give it just a subtle addition of flavor, and not to make it overly sweet or take away from its light elegance.

Ingredients

1/4 shot raspberry liqueur
Top up with chilled champagne
Fruit to garnish

Directions

Pour the raspberry liqueur into a champagne flute and then top with the chilled champagne.
Garnish the cocktail with the speared fruit of your choice and then serve.
