Creamy kidney beans with onion, relish and egg.
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/8 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup Miracle WhipⓇ
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the bean mixture. Stir until well mixed. Refrigerate.
