Use this notorious Kentucky Street dry rub on cuts of beef, ribs, pork shoulder and lamb. The rub keeps for up to 6 months in a tightly sealed jar.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sea salt
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine. Use the rub immediately or store in an airtight glass jar until ready to use.
