Ooey gooey pecan pie, always a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked piecrust
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix together the syrup, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla and eggs. Pour into the piecrust. Top with the pecans.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
