Ooey gooey pecan pie, always a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked piecrust
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together the syrup, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla and eggs. Pour into the piecrust. Top with the pecans.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
