Kelly's Stew is baked in a covered casserole dish and served over noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 6 medium carrots, cut into pieces
- 1, 16 ounce can tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoon tapioca
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 small can peas, drained
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except peas. Pour into a covered casserole. Bake at 250 degrees F for 5 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
- Add peas last 30 minutes. Serve over noodles.
