Chicken and mushroom slow cooker dinner.
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- Arrange the chicken in the slow cooker, sprinkle with the salt.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
