This Kahlua dip is perfect for fruits. Dip your apples, pears, strawberries and other fruits for a treat.
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup non-dairy whipped cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup kahlua
- In a medium size bowl, mix cream cheese and whipped cream with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add brown sugar and Kahlua. Blend until brown sugar is mixed in well. Add sour cream, beat until smooth and creamy. The longer it sets the better it tastes.
