Delicious coffee flavored Kahlua Cordial makes 2 quarts. Pour into decorative glass bottles and give as gifts.

Ingredients

3 cups sugar
1 quart water
10 teaspoons instant coffee
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 quart water

Directions

In a saucepan, simmer the sugar, water and coffee for 1 hour. Do not cover. Remove from heat and add vanilla and vodka. Let stand to cool completely.
