Slow cooked spam and rice dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) cans Spam, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Brown the Spam and onions in the butter over medium high heat.
  2. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, high for 1 1/2-2 hours. Serve over rice.
