Slow cooked spam and rice dish.
- 2 (12 ounce) cans Spam, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Brown the Spam and onions in the butter over medium high heat.
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, high for 1 1/2-2 hours. Serve over rice.
