Ingredients
- 12 jumbo shrimp
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
Directions
- Rinse, peel and devein the shrimp.
- In a medium-sized sauté pan, heat the butter over medium-high heat until hot but not brown. Add the shrimp and garlic and sauté the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side, continuously basting it with the butter and garlic.
- Transfer the shrimp to a small platter, garnished with lemon.
