Juicy Chicken and Gravy

Serve Juicy Chicken and Gravy over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.


  • 6-8 pieces of chicken, skinned
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


  1. In a 9 by 13 inch glass baking dish, place chicken in one layer.
  2. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together the 3 cans of soup; do not add water. Spread over chicken.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until golden brown.
