Serve Juicy Chicken and Gravy over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
- 6-8 pieces of chicken, skinned
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- In a 9 by 13 inch glass baking dish, place chicken in one layer.
- Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together the 3 cans of soup; do not add water. Spread over chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until golden brown.
