This classic cocktail was first developed in the 1930s. It is made with an enjoyable blend of orange and Angostura bitters, crème de noyau, freshly squeezed lemon juice and dry gin.
Ingredients
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes crème de noyau
- 4 dashes lemon juice
- 3/4 glass dry gin
Directions
- Place a cocktail glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 35 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
