Japanese Pancake is baked in a 9 inch pie plate and served with syrup, jam or dusted with confectioners' sugar.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Melt margarine in 9 inch pie plate. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes.
