Ingredients

  • 1, 9 inch unbaked deep dish pastry shell
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup coconut, flaked
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
