A wonderful combination of flavors inapanese Fruit Pie.
Ingredients
- 1, 9 inch unbaked deep dish pastry shell
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
