Spice up your dinner tonight with this delicious cajun chicken and shrimp jambalaya with rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves, cubed
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound cooked, peeled, veined shrimp
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Directions

  1. Add everything but the shrimp and rice to a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low. Turn the heat to high, stir in the shrimp and rice and cook for 15-20 more minutes.
