Spice up your dinner tonight with this delicious cajun chicken and shrimp jambalaya with rice.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound cooked, peeled, veined shrimp
- 2 cups cooked rice
Directions
- Add everything but the shrimp and rice to a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low. Turn the heat to high, stir in the shrimp and rice and cook for 15-20 more minutes.
