Slow cooker jambalaya.

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, cooked

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
