Slow cooker jambalaya.
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, cooked
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
