A quick and tasty recipe.


  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerator biscuits (8 count)
  • 1/4 cup jelly or jam


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray an 8 muffin pan with the vegetable oil spray.
  2. Place a biscuit in each muffin cup. Use a clean finger to poke a hole in the center of each biscuit. Fill with the jelly and pinch the opening closed.
  3. Bake according to the package directions.
