Serve Jalapeno Tartar Sauce on the side of any fried fish for a spicy kick.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
- 1 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours.
