Hot and spicy egg dish for people who like a little tongue heat in the morning.
Ingredients
- 1-7 ounce can whole jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup grated longhorn cheese
- 4 eggs (well beaten)
Directions
- Drain and seed peppers
- Open peppers to lay flat on a 9-inch pie pan
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of peppers
- Pour eggs on top
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
- Slice into wedges and serve from the pan
