- 2 small (3 ounces each) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 7 1/2 ounce can chopped tomatoes with jalapeno peppers
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Mix the cheese until well blended. Slowly beat in the rest of the ingredients. Chill.
