Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
- Mix together the egg, milk and butter. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
